First time getting locked out of my apartment and can say it was the best experience dealing with this company! Took them 20 minutes exactly to get to me and 1 minute to open my door! Will definitely use again (hopefully won't get locked out) but I highly recommend!

I am very happy with the service I received from my first phone call with Locksmith Gravesend to the end of my transaction. When I called David , he was able to determine what was wrong with my lock by just asking me a couple of questions. He explained exactly what the problem was and his recommendations. He was very communicative and was able to explain terms to me in a way I understood.
